Quality: Honestly Ethereal strives to work with the best materials such as stainless steel for longer lasting items. Occasionally an alloy metal is used that can tarnish over time. If the jewelry is not being taken care of properly, we are not responsible for any tarnishing/damages that may occur.

Returns/Exchanges: At this point in time, Honestly Ethereal will not be accepting any returns or exchanges.

Cacellations: You're able to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, cancellation is no longer accepted.

Damages/Refunds: If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of the item being delivered. We will be asking for photo proof of the damaged item. If 48 hours have already passed, Honestly Ethereal is no longer responsible. 

Honestly Ethereal is not responsible for other damages made my human error.
